SCD Lab hosts Toddler Tuesday Events at Santa Barbara MOXI museum

Every third Tuesday, UCSB’s Child Studies Lab will be joining MOXI for Toddler Tuesday to facilitate an activity we have designed for toddlers based on scientific research. There’ll be a different activity for each theme. 

(No Toddler Tuesdays during select holiday and school break periods)

Shape: Explore, sort, mix and match the forms that surround us.

Light: Get hands-on with color and brighten up your play.

Touch: Feel the power of play and explore tactile sensations.

Sound: Make some noise and feel the good vibrations.

Motion: We like to move it! Balls, ramps, bodies and play.

Math: Explore mathematical inspiration! Experiment with measuring, numbers, puzzles, and patterns.
