Rodney Tompkins presents poster at Society for Personality and Social Psychology pre-conference
Rodney presented a poster titled "Children recognize language and race as flexible social categories" at the Origins of the Social Mind pre-conference at the annual meeting of the Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP).
This research is done in collaboration with former lab manager Noa Dukler and Dr. Zoe Liberman. We would like to thank our participating families, Discoveries in Action, Children Helping Science, our wonderful lab, and the U.S. National Science Foundation for supporting this work, as well as James Dunlea (Columbia University), Rachel Leshin (New York University), and Dr. Katie McAuliffe (Boston College) for organizing a terrific pre-conference.
Cheers, Rodney!
