Two professors of Psychological & Brain Sciences, Zoe Liberman and Emily Jacobs, have been named 2019 Hellman Fellows. The Hellman Fellows Fund, founded by Chris and Warren Hellman in 1994, provides support to promising junior faculty in the earliest stages of their academic career. The award supports emerging leaders across the University of California, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Stanford University, Harvard Business School and Williams College.
"The Hellman Fellows program has supported more than 1500 junior faculty members, who are now chairs and heads of departments, MacArthur Awardees, and tenured faculty with long track records of successful research."
